Within this website the term "Toffee Crumble" , "Wessex Gifts Ltd", "us" or "we" refers to the owners of this website trading as Wessex Gifts Ltd. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of this website. The content of this website is for your general information and use only. The website is subject to change without notice and contains photography, content and information which is owned by Wessex Gifts Ltd. Having gone to great lengths and spent considerable time developing this and other retail websites, permission will not be granted to copy or reproduce any content on this website unless approaching Wessex Gifts Ltd first in writing.

Payment

Our credit and debit card processing service complies with the highest privacy regulations together with the best encryption software in the industry. We take the security of your finances very seriously and also offer as a means of payment, Paypal or cheques sent to the address above and made payable to Wessex Gifts Ltd. We can also take orders and enquiries directly over the phone on 01202 683319. If you have any queries regarding delivery or our terms and conditions please contact us directly by email, phone or letter. All prices are marked in UK pounds and include VAT at the relevant rate, currently 17.5%. As far as permitted by law our liability to you, the purchaser, for whatever cause shall not exceed the price we have charged you for any items giving rise to dispute.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order with us at any time from the moment you place the order online up to 14 working days after you receive your goods. We require you to e mail us intending your wish to cancel any order. Other than in the case of goods arriving damaged we will require items to be returned to us in the original packaging at the address above. Unless damaged on original receipt, we reserve the right to deduct our outgoing carriage charges and return carriage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Your statutory rights as a consumer do of course apply to the issue of all refunds by Wessex Gifts Ltd.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and do not pass on any information about our customers to third parties. We may on occasion send you emails regarding information about our products but should you not wish to receive such communication please merely return the email marking it "unsubscribe". We may occasionally use cookies or other technology to analyse the buying patterns of our customers.

Nut Allergies

We pack all confectionery lines in an environment containing hard toffee nut brittle, fudge nut sundae, brazil nut fudge, caramalized brazils, almond chocolate fudge, sweet peanuts and other best selling confectionery lines containing nuts. As such, we can not guarantee your products do not contain traces of any of these or other nuts used in confectionery lines.

Postage and Packing

We use a combination of delivery services to ensure that your chosen confectionery arrives with you safely and securely. We dispatch Monday to Friday and aim to have your order at your doorstep within 4 days of the date your order was placed. For deliveries below 4 kilos we mainly use Royal Mail and Parcelforce so smaller packages up to a kilo in weight may arrive with your normal daily mail. Should you have any special delivery instructions i.e. to be left with a neighbour, please inform us and we will add this to our delivery instructions. For larger orders over 4 kilos we will use our courier service. Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch orders weighing more than 1.8 kilos to EU countries other than the United Kingdom through our regular courier service. Outside Europe our current maximum weight is 3 kilos although should you have larger orders please e mail us first at info@toffeecrumble.com and we will quote you though another carrier.
